This 10 Day Safari you will visit Nyerere (Selous), Udzungwa, Ruaha & Mikumi Parks, a perfect adventure for wildlife enthusiasts, serious safari-goers or newcomers alike, this journey promises the best that Southern Tanzania has to offer with an amazing selection of iconic parks and reserves for you to experience of game drive, boat safari, walking safari & hiking.

Day 1:Dar es Salaam - Nyerere National Park (Selous)

After breakfast drive to Nyerere National Park, with packed lunch en route. In the evening you will do boat safari on the Rufiji River where you will see hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat then head to lodge for dinner and overnight. With an area of around 50,000sq km (5% of Tanzania’s land surface) Nyerere National Park is one of the large protected areas in the world.

Day 2:Full day Nyerere National Park (Selous)

Today you will have a full day of game drive in Nyerere National Park, with picnic lunch. In the late afternoon, you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Full day Nyerere National Park (Selous)

Today you will have a full day of game drive in Nyerere National Park, with picnic lunch. In the late afternoon, you will return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Nyerere National Park - Mikumi National Park (350kms/ 7 hrs drive)

Early morning walking safari, return back to Camp for breakfast & drive to Mikumi with lunch box. Enjoy scenery, through crude road but one of the unforgotten safaris for the true traveler. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of landscape, which is dominated by Hills and Plains as well as part of the famous Miombo Woodlands, these varied habitats. Overnight at Camp on FB basis.

Day 5:Mikumi National Park - Udzungwa National Park (1 hr drive)

After breakfast, drive to Udzungwa for hiking till Sanje Falls. Enjoy swimming at the in the cool water hole at the base of the falls with lunch box. Return back to Mikumi for overnight at Camp on FB Basis (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner).

Day 6:Mikumi National Park - Ruaha National Park (300 kms/ 6 hrs drive)

After breakfast, drive with lunch box to Ruaha. En-route visit local villages & farms. On the way pass through the Kitonga hills which are part of the Udzungwa Mountains. The road then follows the Great Ruaha River and then climbs the Great Rift Escarpment. En-route visit Neema Craft. Overnight at the Lodge on FB Basis.

Day 7: Full day Ruaha National Park

After breakfast, full day game drive with lunch box. Overnight at the Lodge on FB Basis.

Day 8: Full day Ruaha National Park

After breakfast, full day game drive with lunch box. Overnight at the Lodge on FB Basis.

Day 9: Ruaha National Park – Mikumi National Park (6 hrs drive)

After breakfast, drive to Mikumi with lunch box. Late afternoon game drive with sunset view & watch the animal’s drinking water at hippo pool. Overnight at the camp on FB.

Day 10: Mikumi - Dar es Salaam (315 kms/ 6 hrs drive)

After breakfast, drive back to Dar es Salam or fly to Zanzibar with lunch box (Breakfast & Lunch).
