Day 1- Arrival at Kilimanjaro Airport

Upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport, our friendly and professional Gowitos Safaris and Holidays representative will meet and warmly welcome you. You’ll be transferred in a comfortable safari vehicle to your hotel in Arusha town.

Day 2: Pick up Arusha – Serengeti National Park

After an early breakfast in Arusha, your Gowitos Safaris guide will pick you up around 07:30 AM for your journey to the iconic Serengeti National Park. Enjoy scenic views as you pass through the Great Rift Valley, Karatu Highlands, and Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

Arriving at the Serengeti gate by early afternoon, you’ll enjoy a picnic lunch in the bush, followed by your first game drive across the vast plains. Look out for lions, cheetahs, leopards, and herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles.

By late afternoon, check in at Golden Safari Camp, enjoy a welcome drink, relax, and later savor a delicious dinner under the African stars.

Day 3: Full day Serengeti National Park.

Start your day with an optional early morning game drive at dawn, ideal for spotting predators like lions completing their hunt or leopards retreating to the trees. Witness the Serengeti plains awaken as the sun rises over the horizon. After breakfast at the camp, head out for a full-day game drive with packed picnic lunches, allowing more time to explore different regions of the Serengeti. Depending on the season, you may witness the awe-inspiring Great Wildebeest Migration, with over a million wildebeests, zebras, and gazelles moving across the plains. Visit the Retina Hippo Pool and explore predator-rich areas where cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas roam. Bird enthusiasts can spot species like Secretary Birds and Ostriches. Return to camp by late afternoon for relaxation, a scenic sunset, and dinner under the stars.

Day 4: Serengeti Full Day Game Drive

Start with a 06:00 AM sunrise game drive, ideal for spotting
predators in action like lions, leopards, and cheetahs during the cool morning
hours on the Serengeti plains. Afterward, return to camp for a hearty bush
breakfast. Check out and enjoy a final en-route game drive, exiting Serengeti
National Park with lunch boxes. Look out for elephants, giraffes, and other
wildlife on the way back to Arusha, arriving by late afternoon at your Hotel.
